Creatine - Start with your basic monohydrate then see how you respond. Be honest with yourself, don't go in expecting not to respond well just so you can move onto the more popular CEE products. If not look into some of the good creatins around here: Green bulge / mag, Storm, Clout, SizeON.


Wouldn't worry about NO-Xplode at 15. Honestly you're better off just listening to some music that gets to you and just psych yourself up that way. That's how I always did it before I became a supplement science whore. \

Thats really all you need at the moment.

No-xplode is pretty overated, still an ok product though. I tried it and got nothing from it besides abit of a buzz from the caffeine.

Train hard, eat plenty of good food and stick to the basic supplements and you will not go wrong.
