Hey guys, I'm new to the forums
New to forums but not to the webpage. This site has really helped me out a lot and i thought id show you guys my improvement over the past couple months. Started training in March at 272 pounds, and now I am around 237-242. I know im not as big or as ripped as a lot of people in here, but thats my goal and I hope to do a transformation upload after I compete in the spring. Also I'm 6 foot 3ish just so you dont think I'm a rolling ball lol.

Visible results, though still a bit more work before you get the ripped look, as bf is pretty high. You look like you have a fair amount of muscle bulk under the fat but until some comes off its hard to tell.

Great progress mate!....very noticable differences.
I was close to 270 when I started getting serious about 2 years ago. It's taken a huge commitment of cardio and lifting work to get to where I have...so far. I also changed my daily eating habits significantly.
FYI, here's a handfull of things I've done to change my life:
1. Morning cardio 6 days a week (Sunday is a good rest day).
2. Lifting 4-5 nights a week. Each major muscle group once a week.
3. Daily multi-v.
4. Complete overhaul of (my bad) eating habits. Eat good food regularly.
5. Move more.....simple.
Mainly keep working hard, don't skip workouts...and above all enjoy yourself and the fruits of your hard work.
Keep up the good work man.
Cheers
BwE

What an outstanding transformation so far! You're developing what looks like a perfect frame for bodybuilding a lot of muscle onto.
Despite the weight loss, it looks like your muscle mass is also increasing. Good work!
