Hi,
I was wanting to know if it is bad to workout every day. I do Chest mon, back and abs Tues, arms Wed, sholders Thurs, diffrent parts of my legs on Fri, Sat, and legs abs on Sun. I do 4 sets that consit of 7 exerces at 12 reps some times more or less depending. If anyone has any seigestions please respond or email me

if you just started working out, id change to a upper/lower body workout plan.. like ur whole upper body one day.. and vice versa... and id recommend not doing it everyday. try something like.. if u want to most of the week.. mon-upper tues lower.. weds..upper ...thurs..lower...friday..upper... saturday..lower... nothing sunday...
or do a mon upper tues lower.. weds break... thurs upper friday lower weekend could be a break.

if u wanna do a split program i'd suggest 5 times a wk at the most.
day1-chest /shoulders
day2-legs
day3-rest
day4-back
day5-arms
day6-7-rest
[if i've forgotten anything let me know guys, cause its early and i think somethings missing i just cant figure it out]
OP eat heaps if u r going to train so frequently. remember to get lots of sleep and give ur self a wk off every now and again to refresh ur body and mind from training
