This picture was taken about 5 minutes before I went on stage for prejudging, so it's not an example of my vascularity normally.

And this picture was taken almost 24 hours later (after I got a few meals into me).

You should see GDS10 (aka Nameless@1). Do a search for his threads on the forum. He's 18 now and weighs around 180 lbs., but when he was younger, his vascularity and low bodyfat were just crazy.

Speaking of vascularity, I had to show you one of the most extreme cases I've ever seen. Check out this guy:

Notice how "non-vascular" and smooth the competitor behind him is. I wonder if he won?

His veins are like a frickin' road map. Needless to say, that level of conditioning is very difficult to attain.

yea, thats nuts like 3%. i'm waiting for speedjunkie to jump in on this. well heres mine, i'm a pretty vascular guy i usually got some trap and ab veins, but i'm bulking so its mostly in my bis and forearms at the moment

back when i was lighter and had all my abs showing i never had vascularity like any of u guys lol WTF! what's weird is my abs are gone and my bf is A LOT higher, but now i got some veins (barely showing) on my bi's and forearms that weren't there back when i was pretty lean...

either way awesome vascularity pictures, i'm jealous and feel extremely motivated at the moment!

vascularity, ie prominent veins, is a genetic thing. Some have it at high bodyfat, some like you don't even have it at low bf.

yeah i agree. its mainly down to genetics. ive always had pretty good vascularity.
