    Legs

    I have a big upper body, skinny legs. I want to get big legs but I can't because my joints get messed up when I do squats and legs presses. Is there any way to reduce tension on my joints. Or maybe other exercises that work well?

    try doing lighter weight and slowly build up the supporting muscles for you knee joints. You can also try doing leg extensions which should help a fair amount.

    Oh I should have mentioned my knees are fine. Its my ankles. I use tennis shoes.. Could that be a factor?

    well u should be right for most things. as the ankles dont don;t take as much stress as say knees. if squats and leg press hurt, u could try hack squats and just put ur feet out a bit to take pressure off ur ankles.

    Probably best to strech your leg muscles, strap and warm up thouroughly.
    See if u strech it can release tension. I've had a client who had lower back pain. I did some great flexibility work with his hamstrings and his back pain had greatly inmproved. Im not sure if this works the same way with your ankles and calves but it's defenently worth a try mate

    Cissus RX, fish oil and glucosamine. Cissus is great for joints and tendons, and it's slightly anabolic too.
