Before we begin, I would like to thank AX for allowing me to test Mass FX and Hyperdrol. I will be keeping a very detailed and unbiased log.

Ectomorph
Training Experience:
Lifted off and on for 7 years (while being a middle-distance runner).
Been “serious” for 1.5 years (gained 40 lbs so far and minimal fat)
Tried various splits / rep and set schemes / workout lengths, etc
Training Schedule/Protocol:
4 Day Split:
Tuesday: Chest / Calves / Core
Wednesday: Legs / Shoulder (light) / Traps
Thursday: Biceps / Triceps / Calves / Core
Saturday / Sunday: Back / Calves / Core / Legs (light)
Cardio Schedule/Protocol:
15min Elliptical Pre-workout
Current supplements:
ON Whey, Bulk CEE, Creatine Mono, Multi Vitamin, and Fish Oil.
Of course, I am just starting with MassFX and Hyperdrol.
Current Diet:
***BULKING***
4000 calories per day – 7 meals daily
3 Shakes Daily (Oats, Peanut Butter, Milk, Whey)
4 Meals Daily (Meat, Pasta, Fruits, Veggies)
“Before” Measurements (taken cold):
Chest: 43.0”
Right Arm: 15.0” Flexed; 12.75” Unflexed
Left Arm: 14.5” Flexed; 12.5” Unflexed
Waist (2” below belly button): 33.5”
Right Quad: 23.0” Flexed; 23.5” Unflexed
Left Quad: 23.0” Flexed; 23.5” Unflexed
Right Calf: 15.0”
Left Calf: 15.0”
Neck: 15.0”
“Before” Bodyfat:
Electric Handheld: 10.0% (Morning)
Calipers 3 Point: 12.79% (Night) (done by inexperienced girlfriend)
Calipers 7 Point: 15.31% (Night) (done by inexperienced girlfriend)
In my opinion, I think I am about 10%.

SUPPLEMENT TIMING:
Workout Days:
MassFX: 1 cap x 4 times daily evenly spread out (1 being pre workout)
Hyperdrol: 1 cap x 4 times daily evenly spread out (1 being pre workout)
Multi: breakfast; bed
Fish Oil: 1 cap 6 times daily
Whey: breakfast (2 scoop), post workout (1 scoop), bed (1 scoop)
CEE: 3g pre workout
Creatine Mono: breakfast (5g), pre workout (5g), post workout (5g), bed (5g)
Non Workout Days:
MassFX: 1 cap x 4 times daily evenly spread out
Hyperdrol: 1 cap x 4 times daily evenly spread out
Multi: breakfast; bed
Fish Oil: 1 cap 6 times daily
Whey: breakfast (2 scoops), afternoon (1 scoops), bed (1 scoops)
CEE: 3g in afternoon
Creatine Mono: breakfast (5g), afternoon (5g), bed (5g)
MY WEIGHT: (7/16 - 9/21)

I started taking Mass FX and Hyperdrol today.
Here is my TENTATIVE dosing plan:
Days 1-5: 4 caps MFX and 3 caps HD daily
Days 6-30: 5 caps MFX and 4 caps HD daily
Here are my updated weight and calorie graphs. I probably wont post them again until the log is over:

Lower right side of back hurts (has been last few days)
-----Worries me a little bit, but now I have two days off, so we’ll see.
Increased sweating (I usually sweat a lot anyway)
Felt kind of nauseous during workout (not completely out of the normal)
Headache during and after workout (not normal)
In a bad mood after workout (not normal)
Everything else stayed the same.
Since it is only the second day, I don't think the MFX/HD caused anything.

Looks good!
Make sure your water intake is incheck! that lower back pain sometimes is the kidneys screamin for more water.

Thanks for the advice. I will be sure to do that and see how it works. I've also read that taurine and potassium are both good for lower back pains.

-----probably because of difficult/overwhelming school work
None of this was very major though
Other than that, nothing else to report
I plan on maxing out on bench tomorrow!

That is a good quesion: it is 100% herbal, and does not need PCT.
Ingredients:

Also, lookin' good for the cals and workouts. If headaches continue, you may want to drop back to 3 HD a day. Could be related, maybe not. I think a few people may have reported them in their HD logs.
When Scheiz gets here, he can verify.

Some have reported headaches from HD. They will usually go away and not last the entire log.

Actually I am still at 3 caps of HD per day. I am considering increasing to 4 caps daily starting tomorrow, but I will see how today goes and then decide.

That is good to hear. I am not too worried though, as they are barely noticeable, and I feel fine now.

Great workout!
Took Stimulant X pre-workout
-----felt “up” and awake from 9:30am to 2:30pm (5 hours), then back to normal
Slightly increased muscle fullness during and after workout
New personal record bench press (5x225)
-----barely completed 4th rep...couldn't believe I was able to do the 5th
No headaches/increased sweating/irritability today
Sweating started in the evening
Mood is good
I noticed some lower/right back soreness as I went about my day
Might increase dosages to: HD 4x daily and MFX 5x daily…comments?
Biceps feel fuller/tighter/harder (easily noticeable)
-----Definitely MFX/HD at work

I'd say stay at 3 and 4 till at least 1 week finishes. Then up it to 4 and 4. No need for 5 MassFX at 200lbs.
