Talking Help - NZ Girl wanting to get back in2 training!!

Hi there I'm a 24 year old girl from New Zealand and I've had a lot of major eye surgery over the past 15 months which has meant that I've had to stop weight training altogether. I'm starting to get back into my running and hope to get back to the gym soon but I need a kickstart to get me back into it!!

after some info on the best fat burners to take? I;ve tried Lipo-6 which has been pretty good and sliming me down but does anyone know of any other good products for appetite suppressing/fat burning??

Cheer ;o)

I eat pretty cleanly most of the time, chicken, raw fish, vegies, wholemeal past & rice. My weight is down to 57kgs but it's just the extra fat i'm trying to burn off that I can't seem to kick with just the cardio...plus some extra energy would be good!! Lokking for something to kickstart the metabolism again

Agreed, you should only take fat burning supplemets once you been at a plateau for a few weeks. That way,it will give a kick start again.
