AT 12/30/07 192...6-7% BF
AT 09/30/08 201...8% BF
Goals stay at 200, get to 6% BF.

One cup is not going to kill you I don't think. One thing that is good too some protiens come in cappuccino flavors that would be a good way to get your protien and coffee as well.

It doesnt matter... drink away... But, decaf / blk are wat is recommended! But hey it doesnt matter I have 2 a day. 1 in the morning, the other around 3/4ish to keep me goin for the rest of the day! Try to avoid excess sugar / cream in it tho! (I usually have half milk, half sugar). But if you feel u drink a lot of it i suggest an additional 10oz of water for every cup u have that exceeds more than 1.

you're doin it all wrong bro
COFFEE IN THE POST WORKOUT SHAKE:
1 whey frappuccino=
coffee
ice cubes
2/3 cup frozen bananas
whey protien (vanilla or chocolate are esp good, but i've used many kinds. ALl were good but chocolate mint. . eww)
fill this to about the 2 1/2 cup line in a blender, and leave the icecubes sticking out of the top a bit. Helps to put in banana first.

Nothing wrong at all with a good strong black coffee it may even help you cut up a bit more not that you seem to have any problems with that. I have two straight black cups of coffee in the morning before i workout, 1 at 4am with breakfast and one at about 5:30am befor my workout at 6.

This is gonna sound strang but try making your oats with coffee instead of water and then top it with a good deal of cinnamon, its delicious... really.
