homeamde weight gainer recipes
Ok, I understand there are a million threads about this. But, I'm going to make another one. The more threads on a certain subject = more and better searching material.
I currently just made a "weight gainer" with...
milk
strawberries
banana
flax seed oil
steel cut oats
almonds
ice cream
yogurt
honey
.... I don't know how great this is since this is my first time doing this and I didn't look anything up before I went to the store. Anyways I didn't expect it to taste too great, but it definitely had a great taste especially with the almonds!

You will definatelly gain weight with that one!!
I used ice cream, yogurt, milk. Are these full fat and added sugar or the fat free and sugar free kind.

I tried looking for the ones that had the fat and ****. Most of the ones I could find were low fat or fat free. I generally use 2% milk (I heard bad things about vit d milk, i used to drink that like it was my job).

Yeah I used milk and creams on my first bulk and got a massive gut from it. I put on heaps of weight but lots of fat too and most of it on my gut.
I can't use anything but reduced fat milk and creams now if I increase my calories.

Yeah, I think I can eat whatever I want. I have a really fast metabolism, but at the same time I can get pretty well if I set my mind to it. Maybe it's coded into my awesome Asian DNA. I went on leave for a month, ran like four times.. ate white castle and jack in a box 3x a day. Came back to work started working out again and still had my six pack. I actually lost weight (which was probably muscle).

For weight gainer.
I started doing the brown rice four times a day and find that adding some olive oil to it makes it easyer to swallow. I find most food fats make me very tired. Like yogurt and milk fat fat from beef and pork and it is good night for me.
I have been trying to ingest a little more but adding oatmeal and honey is my biggest calorie adder.

That seems all good and well if you have the $$$. Personally, I just buy about 30 packets of Meta Meal and drink those...they only cost a dollar a piece and don't have that much sugar.
