stuffin yourself before bed

So today I thought I was eating a lot and doing pretty good...but right now im about to go to bed and im short about 200-300 calories even though I just shoved down a huge protein pancake with peanut butter and a some protein...so my question is would it be better to eat some more, even though I already feel quite sick, or just try to make up for it tomorrow. How do you deal with such a full tummy all the time!!

Im realizing that I need to be eating A LOT of food to put on muscle....

This is so ironic, I was wondering the same thing a week ago. Should I eat those extra calories if I haven't eaten all the calories I was supposed to in a day. But since I'm trying to lose some more lbs before solely concentrating on the training I tend to let the calories go.

The easy way, which I take, is to drink a load of milk last thing at night. This way it doesn't interfer with my appetite and I get the calories I need.

I'm working w/ Emma, and if I'm short on calories, especially since I'm trying to gain muscle, she always wants me to try to get them in, even if it's at night.
