is my 4 day upper lower split ok
I've worked out with a 3 days a week full body workout.. slight increase in muscle.. ive changed to this
workout a- 3 sets bench press, 2 sets concentration curls, 1 set barbell curl, 2 sets traps, 2 sets bent over rows, 2 sets close grip pulldowns, 2 sets tricep extensions
workout b- 2sets deadlift, 1 set stiff leg deadlift, 2 sets hamstring curls, 2 sets leg extensions, 2 sets calf raises
mon-workout a
tuesday-work b
wed-rest
thurs-work a
fri-work b
sat sun rest
is there any overtraining or undertraining??

u need squats and maybe change you shoulder workout to military press
