yes food in dirty bulking ie...chips, ice cream, pop chcolate deep fried foods have more calories cuz they are higher in fat. Clean bulking just takes more time and when ppl bulk they figure there gunna have to suffer whent hey cut on eating less clean foods so why not just enjoy junk food to the fullest and dirty bulk, its all on preference.
yes, when you cut you have to do more cardio to burn the fat. as for diet, eat fewer amounts of calories and fat, BUT make sure you get enough protein to fuel your muscles. gettting enough protein while cutting is the hard part. you don't want your muscles to catabolise.
