Any suggestions for biceps. All of my muscles are fairly large, and if they are not I normally put on mass very quickly. Except in my biceps... I have tried everything. Compounds like rows, isolation, both.. Nothing works. Any suggestions? My Tris are good and grow fast. Just not my bis.

9 total sets per week with 3 sets done to failure (one set per exercise)
Make sure that some sort of barbell curl is in your routine and concentration curls are great if you can do them. Incline curls are also great but I actually think they are a little advanced so if you aren't ready for them then just do dumbell curls. Biceps are kind of small so they recover well but it is also easy to overtrain them. 9 sets per week is what I would call optimal or 6 really intense sets.
