Me, I eat mine in the morning. I put 2 slices of bread into the toaster, and as soon as they pop out, i spread cottage cheese on them and eat them. How do you eat urs?

Maybe some of you could try this, it's pretty good:
1.toast some waffles
2. take 1 cup of cottage cheese and 2/3 cup of frozen whole strawberries and mix them in a blender until the mixture is thick and spreadable
3. spread the strawberry/cottage cheese mix on a waffle and put some sliced kiwi on it aswell, cover it with the other waffle making a sandwhich.
one of these is 308 calories, 24g protein, 3g fat and 8g fiber (well it could vary a little depending on what brands you use) tastes really good too.
