    Alternative Exercises, Please Help.

Hi guys, I'm puttin a new routine together but need some help,

Can anyone tell me an exercise that can take the place of
    1- A cable row,
    2- Wide grip lat pulldown.

Preferrably exercises which use dumbells and a barbell.

    any help would be appreciated,
    thanks guys.

    1. Barbell rows
    2. Pull ups

I think the only alternative for wide grip lat pull downs is wide grip pullup. Don't think there is any alternative for cable rowing since it is a horizontal motion. Perhaps, Bent over rows can be a substitute for them. Bring urself a pull-up station home. U can find the cheaper ones in the range of 80-120$.
