    Please Help

    Im a male lifter but I am trying to help my mom and sister to get in better shape but i dont have much knowledge on female nutrition so my questions are:
    1.Should a female have a postworkout shake? and if so what should be in it?
    2.What should a female eat after her postworkout shake?

    Yes, they should have some protein and simple carbs after training, a protein shake would do just fine. MetRx and MyoPlex Lite are good choices. If the shake contains enough carbs and protein they don't need anything else at the moment.
