Help with tanning and sodium cutting please

I'm having a contest on May 17 and I don't know what to do for tanning. I'm VERY white. Also, I've heard of sodium cutting before a contest, could someone explain to me how to do this.

As far as tanning, slowly build up as much of a base tan as you can, then put on Pro Tan the day before, put on a coat of Dream Tan the night before and put on another coat of Dream Tan about half an hour before you pump up to go on stage. As far as sodium, negating any kind of sodium loading techniques, just cut sodium to under 1000mg a day 5 days out and under 500mg the day of the show. Also, take an herbal diuretic like dandilion or Taraxatone starting 3-5 days out up until the night before the show.
