After 4-6 years of training (only 2 of which were serious in regards to diet and supplementation) my gains have come to a stop. Through all my tweaking and changing of my routine i dont seem to gain anymore weight. Keep in mind im not caloric deficient im actually taking in between 6000-7500 calorie range a day so dont tell me im not eating enough.
My routines do incorporate alot of compound lifts as well so if your only going to tell me to squat then just leave
