Am I a Beginner or a intermediate weight-lifter help me decide
I don't know if I am a beginner of a intermediate weight-lifter. here are some stats:
Bench Press: 220 lb
Squat: 245 lb
Curl: 110 lb
Pulldowns: 175 lb
I weight: 180lbs
about 14% bodyfat or less, but not below 10%
I weight-lift off and on, longest time was 6 months

I wouldnt say beginner but I wouldnt say intermediate just yet.

The weights are decent for a guy that's on and off, but the last line is the most telling. You are a beginner.
I would also factor in what you do in the weightroom and what you know about how things work, but that info was not available.

the reason I ask is because I want to use the max-ot program by ast. I don't know if you heard of it. But i did not know if I can start the main program of should I use thier getting started phase.

as far as knowing how things working the weight room, I keep my form prefect mostly a 3 to 4 second count down and a 1-2 second count up.

I was talking more along the lines of doing the right types of exercises, etc. If you want to try Max-OT, give it a shot. Unless you think you might want to develop a little more strength before doing so.

with my stats should i try 5x5 or westside and what website should I go to. Also will this highly increase my strength and muscle mass?

Westside is probably not a good idea right now. You might be ready for a 5x5, but I wouldn't rule out Rippetoe. It has been recommended to death, but it works.
