    Exclamation Too much supplements?

    On Workout days I take 1 1/2-2 scoops of NO XPlode 30 min. prior workout. After the workout, I take 1 scoop cell mass and then one scoop protein powder. In a typical lift day I consume 2 scoops ON Whey Protein, 1 1/2 scoops NO Xplode, and 1 scoop cell mass. That's 315 calories just from supplements. Im I overdoing it?

    I wish I knew the scientific word for stfu & read the rules.

    And yes you are overdoing it, your going to wake up dead or worse broke.

    I don't understand, this person is asking the science of whether his body can sustain the amount of supplements he is taking in a given day over time. He is not asking if that stack of products will work for him.

    this is not a science question within the scope of what this section is about. in rereading the original post, it is just a rephrase of "what is the science behind the best tasting protein powder" If you read the rules for this section, it is fo general supp science questions to which responses can be found in literature. I will agree with you if the original poster can find me 2 studies showing contrary results that cellmass+NO XPlode+protein taken together provide too many cals in one's diet.
