On Workout days I take 1 1/2-2 scoops of NO XPlode 30 min. prior workout. After the workout, I take 1 scoop cell mass and then one scoop protein powder. In a typical lift day I consume 2 scoops ON Whey Protein, 1 1/2 scoops NO Xplode, and 1 scoop cell mass. That's 315 calories just from supplements. Im I overdoing it?
