Questions about my Routine.
Well I was wondering if this routine would be any good. It is for 8 weeks but it is a lot to type up and I doubt many people would read it anyway. Everything is starting with a warm up and then 5 sets with 10 reps. Units are in pounds. So here it is:
Week 1 Day 1:
Back Squats: Weight ranging from 55 - 95
Bench Press: Weight ranging from 52 - 95
DB Lunge: Weight ranging from 9 - 25
DB Row: Weight ranging from 14-25
Skull Crushers: Weight ranging from 21-35
DB Bicep Curls: Weight ranging from 9 - 18
Abs: No weight
Week 1 Day 2:
Incline Press: Weight ranging from 39-75
Leg Press: Weight ranging from 138-220
Pull Ups: No weight
Front Squats: Weight ranging from 41 - 65
DB-Overhead Press weight ranging from 12 - 25
Shoulder Complex:No weight
Abs:No weight
Week 1 Day 3:
Back Squats: Weight from 55-95
Pull Ups:No weight
1 Leg Squats:Ranging from 30-55
Bench Press:Ranging from 52 - 95
Leg Extension: No weight
Leg Curl: No weight
Abs: No weight
Each week the number of pounds for each exercise will gain by about 5lbs with the exceptions of the no weight ones. They will increase by a few reps. Does this seem like an effective routine?
