About that liquid diet in Maxim Magazine
Ok I saw it once and I can't find it anymore.
I wen tto the store and looked in the whole magazine and didnt see the article.
anyway it was about drinking only water and juice for one week to lose 9 pounds.
What I wanted to know about this is that in that article did it matter what kind of juice does it hae to be? I know you can't use something like kool-aid but alot of drinks are are not 100% juice and I was wondering if that mattered.
By the way, i'm new

plz tell me that you arent actually thinking of doing this fad diet??? dont be stupid do it a way in which you will be able to keep your gains after you go off the diet.
Obsessed is just a word the lazy use to describe the dedicated.
