    critique my POWERBUILDING routine

    1: off
    2: Squat day- along with Barbell Rows and Bisep Curls
    3: off
    4: Bench day- along with Seated Dumbbell Press and Lying Tricep Extendions
    5: off
    6: Deadlift day- along with Dumbell Shrugs and Standing Calf Raises
    7: off

    O and i dont know how many reps and sets to so if anyone knows, please tell me.

    skip the

    seated presses and do standing overhead presses. Drop the tricep work as well and just focus on the bench more or do some weighted dips.

    For reps, try 5x5 with three minute breaks.

    i think you should switch the barbell rows and the calf raises and i agree with the 5x5 set/rep scheme

    The Tricep work is a must for a strong bench. The last thing he should do is drop it.

    The bench works the triceps

    Actually it works the triceps more than the chest (just ask Powerlifting legends Louie Simmons and Dave Tate) Dips will do more for the triceps than any crappy tricep exercise.
