    how to get cut with a herniated disc?

    ok. so i got the infamous herniated disc. That was march, I got shots and junk. its doin ok, and doc gave me a clear to start weight training again. before that, i did 2 cycles with hydroxycut hardcore and did elliptical training every day and dropped 40 pounds in about 2 and a half months. feelin good. but here';s the deal. I'm a senior in high school and by the time i'm a sophomore i'm wanting to walk on the football team (played two years in high school, lettered sophomore year), the team is terrible but i just missed playing. i'm 17 6'3 218 lb.

    what can i do, and take, to help me get big, but not jeapordizing the boys downstairs or my back. my parents arent too hot with me takin the t3 stuff or anything, but any tips, advice, products or anything? thanks.

    EDIT::::
    I'm looking to cut. i've looked in previous threads etc, but i'm getting a little lost to be quite honest. u can start the n00b jokes if u want, but i still need help! I cant do squats and cleans and stuff, and i cant lift anything above my head, espcially while standing

    Imho

    To cut your gonna reduce your water content this dont help your discs...however neither does AAS which make you hold water....until your backs sorted i'd leave it

    WTF??

    Why would you reduce water on a cut, it might actually be higher than usual due to a higher consumption of protein.

    clarify

    To clarify if you were to take proviron to reduce water bloat that aint gonna help. Holding water through AAS actually can put pressure on your back full stop.

    Theres conflicting advice re discs i know i've got one....some say reduce others say rehydrate

    Sorry did not ask the question are you on a cycle?

    Will see if i can dig up the article regarding discs.

    Not about cutting its about the effect reducing water/having too much water does on the disc...this is a health issue to the disc not a lesson on cutting...

    If your disc were to collapse then enjoy the spinal fusion!! depending on the original damage

    The only point i beleive i missed is the fact you damaged it in march and the docs gave you the all clear... just take it all into consideration
