    BF%, no idea, help me guess

    A little background:

    I started out at a very skinny fat 185. When I first started working out I dropped to a very lean 169. Since then I've been clean bulking to 178. I'm 6'1 so I'm still going to continue bulking, but for now I want to cut away this extra BF%.

    What do you think my BF% looks like from this picture? I think around 12-15, maybe less, but I'm not really sure. I'm looking to get to 7/8% and just lose the pinch of fat on my lower belly.

    Now that school started I'm going to switch from a 4 day split, to a 3 day split with cardio on my non lifting days. I'll start another thread for my diet and workout plan, but for now I'd like to see what % I'm starting from.

    12 sounds about correct. you can get messeasure at some gyms, hospital, you college, or your doctors. Personally I go to my College

    I started out using calipers, but they were reading way too low. My measurements are using the US military calculation which uses neck and abdomen measurements. The result is more realistic, IMHO, when I look at pictures of people at different bf levels.
