A little background:
I started out at a very skinny fat 185. When I first started working out I dropped to a very lean 169. Since then I've been clean bulking to 178. I'm 6'1 so I'm still going to continue bulking, but for now I want to cut away this extra BF%.
What do you think my BF% looks like from this picture? I think around 12-15, maybe less, but I'm not really sure. I'm looking to get to 7/8% and just lose the pinch of fat on my lower belly.
Now that school started I'm going to switch from a 4 day split, to a 3 day split with cardio on my non lifting days. I'll start another thread for my diet and workout plan, but for now I'd like to see what % I'm starting from.
