Whole Milk

What are everyones thoughts on this? I have a hard time getting protein as it is and my parents only buy whole milk. Will this be OK to use for bodybuilding or not?

Yes, drink all the whole milk you want. I prefer skim, but like Killer said, at your size you have nothing to worry about, so drink up.

I would avoid it personally, even at your size, too much saturated fat isnt healthy and its better to get your cals from good sources. Just ask your parents to buy you semi or skimmed milk when they buy their whole, its not exactly expensive stuff is it.
