PCT question.... too much???

I will finish my Haladrol cycle 4 weeks from today and start a good PCT. Haladrol is really starting to kick in now, and I really want to keep the gains.. Here is what I have on hand for PCT, probly not going to take all of it...what do you think these

Novla Liquid (30ml bottle 25mg per ml).. 2 ml a day for 1 week then 1.5 ml for 3 weeks

Novedex XT gaspari
Paravol Palo Alto Labs
Green Buldge controlled labs
White Blood controlled labs
B5 for acne
Cold Water Fish Oil
Milk Thistle

It may be over kill... anyone with a good PCT ritual please help me out
