I thought it was only in the face. I am going to bed with tingle feet & slight shallow breathing.

That is common, nothing to worry about. Just be careful when working your dose up, do it slowly.

I noticed a bit of shallow breathing when I started taking GABA. But after I take it, I usually sit outside with my pre bed meal/protein shake where it’s nice and chilly. It really helps me to relax and get to bed.
