I was curious to know if doing side and regular planks( pushup position) are more effective if do do them with your feet on the floor (creating a sort of diagonal line with your body) or on a bench (making a more horizontal line with your body)? I was also wondering if decline benching is better done with a moderate decline or a great decline (like 60 degrees or more)?
