    Question Elevating an exercise: Better or worse?

    I was curious to know if doing side and regular planks( pushup position) are more effective if do do them with your feet on the floor (creating a sort of diagonal line with your body) or on a bench (making a more horizontal line with your body)? I was also wondering if decline benching is better done with a moderate decline or a great decline (like 60 degrees or more)?

    It's a tricky question since we're talking about moves that target the midsection rather than the arms where feet elevating is known to help.

    Better in what regard? The more declined you get the more lower pecs you use and the less upper pecs you use or something like that right?
