Below is info on my pre-workout (Amino Jac) and post-workout (Creatine Burst) formulas I use from GNC.
I noticed that my preworkout formula (Amino Jac) has 35gr of sugars in it, so I was wondering if it wouldn't make more sense to take it after the workout instead (with some added creatine mono), and take the Creatine Burst before.
Please let me know what you guys think.

Use amino jac pre WO and creatine burst post WO
Amino jack contains carbs and EAA witch together stimulates the protein synthesis taken pre WO.
If you want to use more creatine you cant take:
2-5g creatine monohydrate 1 hour pre WO
amino jack 30 min Pre WO
and creatine burst Post WO + a protein drink
then get home and eat....
