Do you use one? If so, what brand?
I had an opro custom fit one, but my mouth grew and it became painful to use. My shock doctor kept making me gag and want to throw up, but at the moment i have a Canterbury Gumshield in the mail on its way
I haven't used one for nearly a year, but people are bigger, faster and stronger this year, and i quite like my pearly whites **blue steel pose**

PS. I alwways used one that was made by my dentist. They take a mould of your mouth and then form the guard around that so that it is a perfect fit......unles you grow out of it or you take a stamp on the face and loose 3 of your pearly whites lolLast edited by Febs; 09-11-2006 at 09:27 AM.
