workout
yo guys, i cant find a good workout but i think i just came up with a good one.
mon-shoulders, back
tues-cardio
wed-legs, bis
thurs-cardio
fri-chest, tris
sat-cardio
sun-rest
is this a good routine? need more days off? i'm prioritizing my shoulders thats why they are first. this is my cutting schedule also. enough recovery for each muscle group or overtraining?
any feedback about anything will help. thanks.

i start with all the compound excersises, then isolation. i keep reps about 8-12 usually. i do 2 sets of each excersise(total intesity like Big Red talks about). if i put tris in with shoulder/back day, would that be overtraining? i dont need any more days off do i?
thanks guys. anyone please respond

working out
Hello,
I was to be wondering what would be as you say a good total body workout? I have been pushing the iron continualy for many of the years. As I said I am getting very big and tore up. I think I am to be ready to go to the next of the levels. I am almost two of your yard sticks tall and on your scale it says 210. I am to be usually working out six of the days of the week. I take in many of the calories and protein and no american junk of the food. What do you suggest workout for big, strong, hairy guy like me? To be thanking you before you answer
