Male, 46yo, Would like to Bulk while keeping fat down as well as $$ spent on supplements.
Looking at making some supplement changes and would like any input.
Currently taking EAS Phos****en, TwinLab Ripped Fuel and EAS Whey Protein.
Possible change to Green Bulge, White Blood, TwinLab Ripped Fuel, and EAS Whey Protein.
I work night shift and use Ripped Fuel instead of soft drinks and coffee, thereby avoiding a major pitfall of nightshift workers. Also I use Ripped Fuel preworkout (good results after 12hour shift then stopping by the gym.
Will White BLood and Ripped Fuel counteract each others effects (vasoconstriction vs vasodilation).
