Ecdysten (Ecdysterone) or Novedex XT?

Ive been reading up on some posts/logs and I've found 2 solid looking suppliments. Im wondering if anyone had good gains on either of these suppliments. For the Novdex XT I would take 2 caps a day (I dont think you have to cycle it). And if I took Ecdysten then I would take 60mg a day (or 4 caps). Please leave some FB thanks!

PS: I'm 6'3 195lbs

If you wanna go hormonal than than get the NXT, if not get the Ecdysten.
2 bottles Ecydsten will equal the same price as NXT.
Each will run 30 days, Ecydsten= 6 caps ED x 30 days.
Its up to you, your age and your goals.
Each though, imo are VERY solid products.

personally, ATD killed my libido; and this happens to a lot of people. also, if you have joint problems, the lack of estrogen will only make them worse. ecdysten would be my choice (since it's effective and no side effects), but some may say i'm biased

and if you wait a week you'll be able to buy e-bol, which is more kickass than ecdysten

ecdysterone is just for muscle soreness if you want a test product do XT but ecdysterone i used and did't get much in gains but it did help for muscle sorenes, seems it's not what your looking for.

i do agree with the negative sides you listed.

For me i had an increase in libido the first week and a half, then downhill from there.

For size gains, Ecdysten and ATD were equal for me.

For strength, ATD was slightly better. i used 3 caps though, then tapered.

Again, ATD is hormonal, Ecdysten is NOT. ATD DOES need to be cycled, Ecdysten does not.

e-bol out 1-2 weeks.... my gains on ecdysten wer solid lbm gains while cutting and increased strength

Wow , nice little Rep party going on here...

I wouldnt mess with EITHER Ecdy or ATD .... Ecdy is just not proven itself (despite all the hype from these Company Reps ) and ATD has a risk of negative sides.

Look to safer, more proven alternatives

What is your goal, that is probably a better place to start the just asking for blind feedback on 2 suppliments. Lord knows you can't trust the answers you'll get here for such a question.

At 22 , you dont need or even want to experiment with controversial or unproven Supplements. Stick to the basics :

-Protein
-Multivitamin/AntiOxidants
-Creatine
-Fish Oil
-Clean Foods
-Water

Also optional would be some type of Thermogenic or Nitric Oxide product , worth a try if you havent already.

ATD is more proven? Hm...shows how you received your reputation as scam artists/liars.

Joel, wtf are you talking about Ecdy is not "proven". We will be providing 60+ studies on E-Bol and its ingredients and it will be KICK-ASS. There is nothing you can do to stop it.

So sad.

Here is your answer:

1. Take the Novedex XT at 2 caps daily for three days, then up it to 3 caps for three days, then up it to 4 caps until you finish the bottle. Run two bottles in this manner, then cycle off.

2. Take 17-HD at the same time at 1 cap daily 30 min pre-workout. 17-HD contains Beta-Ecdysterone, as well as some other herbals.

3. Take a strong tribulus at pretty high doses while on this cycle. NOVEDEX XT WILL KILL YOUR SEX DRIVE - I REPEAT, NOVEDEX XT WILL KILLL YOUR SEX DRIVE. You absolutely MUST take a tribulus product unless you want to be a limp boner.

4. Finally, invest in some St. John's Wort (it's cheap). At 2 caps a day you will greatly improve your mood. Novedex XT is powerful and it has side effects, most notably aggression - which the St. John's Wort helps with - and loss of libido, which the Tribulus helps combat.

If you put together a cycle as I describe above, you will be very pleased. Oh, and make sure to cycle OFF of the Novedex XT for awhile. Believe me, you need estrogen in your body, so make the estrogen supression a temporary thing. Your joints will thank you.

-ps- I did the cycle above with good results a few months ago.
-pss- Novedex can be had for $30 per bottle including shipping on eBay, and 17-HD for about the same. Not too shabby IMHO.
