Well I have just started to body build after getting extremely tired of doing all body weight exercises and not getting much gain.
Here is what my schedule used to be: 100 sit ups and 80 pushups until I reached 400 each. This usually took 15 - 20 minutes. Then I would go to 3 minutes of windmills, 3 minutes of Isometric Neck Exercise - Front And Back, 3 minutes of Isometric Neck Exercise - Sides, and 3 minutes of Wrist Circles.
Then the next day I would do my legs doing 50 squats, 100 butt lifts, 2 minutes of wall sits, 2 minutes of knee circles, and then 2 minutes of ankle circles.
Also when I was done I would drink a serving of GNC Pro Performance® 100% Whey Protein. This has 21 g of Protein in it per serving.
