Starting to Body Build

Well I have just started to body build after getting extremely tired of doing all body weight exercises and not getting much gain.

Here is what my schedule used to be: 100 sit ups and 80 pushups until I reached 400 each. This usually took 15 - 20 minutes. Then I would go to 3 minutes of windmills, 3 minutes of Isometric Neck Exercise - Front And Back, 3 minutes of Isometric Neck Exercise - Sides, and 3 minutes of Wrist Circles.

Then the next day I would do my legs doing 50 squats, 100 butt lifts, 2 minutes of wall sits, 2 minutes of knee circles, and then 2 minutes of ankle circles.

Also when I was done I would drink a serving of GNC Pro Performance® 100% Whey Protein. This has 21 g of Protein in it per serving.

Now this is the body I am going into body building with: A body like this.

I was wondering what products would help me gain more and what programs would be good for me. If you need any more information just post any questions you have for me.

Well I can start doing them at my school gym. Is fat necessary to gain muscle though because I have almost no fat on my arms so whatever I gain is pure muscle or so it seems.

U would need to bulk up, eating a bunch of protein, steaks, grilled chicken breats, fish, tuna etc. a protein shake 1-2 times a day, and just shove ur face with food. u have to eat big to get big.

No it isn't - fat does NOT get turned into muscle.

Someone correct me if i am wrong but yes a little bit of fat makes it much easyer to bulk. something to do with hormones sorry i am noobie to
