I have a constant elevated heart beat, even when I haven't had ephedrine for 14hrs. Could this be ephedrine doing this? Or possibly is it a placebo effect I am experiencing?
FYI I am using 24mg of ephedrine, divided up into 3 doses a day.

only one way to find out. Stop using ephedrine for a while and see if it stops. It is most likley the ephedrine if nothing else has changedOriginally Posted by reflexions

Epedrine/caffine does higher your hart rate by a little but not much, How much has your's been eluavated by?

I'd drop your dosages down to 15-20 mg and take it only twice per day and see how that goes.

u should only be taking 50mg total, not like 75

my bad i read that wrong, 24mg total, hmm thats kinda low, i would stop taking it and see what happens

I highly recommend you STOP using the ephedrine and see if your heart rate returns to normal. If it doesn't consult a physician.Originally Posted by reflexions

I have & its back to normal now. Im going to my Dr on Tues. But I am still convinced its a placebo effect. Im one of those people that only have to read sides to experience them.Originally Posted by ScrillaKeith

What is your previous stimulant experience?
Before you started epedrine what stimulants were you using?
