Asians can get just as big as whites, just as easily. They just have the height problem. There's actually 3 asian guys that work out at my gym. All 3 of them are massive.

My gym is in Irvine, CA, where about half the population is Asian (I'm Mr. Whitey McKrackerwhite, though). All the asians are at least as jacked as the white/black/etc. guys, if not more so.

Not looking to bad yooo. Chest and shoulders are filling out, don't sweat the asian genetics. I am asian, but grew to up in the US and I had access to plently of milk, protein, and Mcdonald's hormones
Asians around the world are getting much taller and stronger do to changes in diet. One of the greatest lifters of all time was Asian, Tommy Kono. Getting big is all about the fuel. Have a good one and keep training.

In my school the top 3 are.
1. A 350 pound mainly fat behemoth.
2. Me, an upperbody worker.
3. An asian whom has almost as powerful a lowerbody as numero 1 and almost as strong an upperbody as me, not to mention he's insanely cut.

thx the comments guys, yeah my ideal height would be like at least 5'11, growing up in asia certainately didn't help in the diet department when i was a kid. haha
put some soy sauce on rice and theres a meal.

Most of the guys in my gym are Asian (Hawaii) and there are a lot of HUGE guys
