examples?
Can you guys give me some examples of your meals you eat each day when cutting and meals each day when you are bulking. What else Can I eat besides eggs, I am allergic to eggs it sucks. I am trying to put together a diet before i start doing any kind of body building, since nutrition is so important I need to know how to eat right

There is a Nutrition forum (non-gender specific ) where I know there are many threads dedicated to cutting/bulking.
