I was wondering about the wheat thins too...I will have to try the trisquits.

I used love to have a few crackers and tuna or cottage cheese.

Depends on what yo uare doing...for example - a lot of people when they eat wheat products hold on to water...Ido, and so I do not eat those types of products when I am in the cutting stage for competition...not sure in the off season...will have to experiment with that. Maybe on occasion. Just my thoughts, and experience.

That would be my problem too - if I had them in the house, I could eat an entire box...maybe after my last competition for the year...:-) MMMMMm Wheat Thins - yummy.
