Irishmike's 1 year transformation pics!!!!!
Well, its been quite a year.....I didnt think this old man could pull it off, but i think i have. I'll let you be the judge of that. The first pic is from the end of August '05 and the rest are from today. I would appreciate any feedback and as always thanx for visiting my thread. Oh yeah and a BIG thanx to Skippy Podar for all the help with diet etc.

must be nice...i've been working out for about 9 months now with weights on solid programs and eating massive and clean with good quality supplements and my arms are only 12.5 inches around, 13 at best. Fugg this shid, i'm 5'10" 175 lbs, my waist goes out as far as 35-36 inches, yet when i flex my abs clearly show. such a joke.

not too shabby
You've done quite well for yourself. Great transformation.
Arms look good, so do shoulders. Work your abs and back, then you'll be killer.

liftthatweight: Hey everyones entitled to their own opinion..but i looked and failed to find any pics of you on here hmm...anyway i'm not the kind to neg for someones opinion so ty anyway for the feedback.
defiant: I used a training split that consisted of;
Mon: chest/shoulders
tues: back/abs
wed: off
thurs: Legs/abs
Fri: tris/bis
Sat: off
Sun: off (abs every now and again)
my diet for cutting was recommended by Skip Podar and was a carb cycling diet.
My earlier bulk was very clean and consisted of mainly whole foods with at least a gram of protein per lbs of my body weight.
supplementation: multivitamin and a crapload of whey protein

good transformation for sure. chest and arms look good. built yourself a good beach body.
slight criticism, as others have said, back is really lacking compared to the rest of your body. focus on that and you will be lookin really solid.
one more thing, where are the pics of the wheels bro?

Man I wish I could have done that in a year. I got a shoulder injury and didn't really lift for about a month than I was not eating right, drinking and not lifting regularly for a few months. Sort of back at square one but hopefully this go around I can stay more focused. Great job man.

WOW, GREAT transformation man. Looks like you must have been down to business right away. I must have wasted a good 6 months or more just trying to figure out what to do! Again, great job... you make me want to go work on my chest and shoulders right now

great job mike! thats fantastic progress for a year, the fact that it took a year is the best part because you are more likely to stay that way then someone on a quick 3mos transformation that can't wait to eat crap again.

Great job! Very impressive and encouraging!
Did you really start your workout at the first fat-boy picture? Can you provide details of workout, diet and supplements throughout the year?
Thanks and congrats again!
