It lowers testosterone<--- spelling? It makes you lazy so you dont wanna workout.. It also makes you semiretarded. Bad for your lungs (cardio) If you wanna burnout then keep smoking

It increases estrogen and kills motivation, also any sort of strenuous activity after blazin will give you a headache.
Bottom line, if you're gonna smoke weed smoke it after you workout. Its no worse for you than alcohol from a bodybuilding perspective, probably better. Ib profen has more negative bodybuilding side effects than weed in my opinion771/645/622 Single Ply

I know a few HUGE bodybuilder guys that compete. After every workout they smoke weed and then eat a bunch of food. I thought it would hinder your gains, but they do it anyways.

When you smoke weed before a workout, yes you might feel lazy IF you are a generally LAZY person. If you arent, it wont do that to you. When you workout you can do more reps because your pain threshold is raised. You cannot feel as much as you normally can.
Marijuana *learn to spell*, also has been proven to help ADD, and RBS symptoms. So. to those of you who have never smoked - STFU. You dont know what you are talking about. If you have never smoked weed, then your opinion on weeds effects are about as useful as a plumbers opinion on your broken TV.
Smoking does NOT decrease muscle growth, nor does it increase gains. It is simply something you CHOOSE TO DO, OR CHOOSE NOT TO DO. So I ask the rest of you, stop giving opinions based on morality. Did you even read what I posted? it will NOT effect your gains in ANY way, unless you count the extra weight you can lift because of marijuanas pain numbing effects. jesus, read man.

ive been smoking for roughly two years. it does not ****ing kill your motivation, don't listen to people. i had to quit recently for personal reasons (been clean for over a month) and i don't notice ANY change in motivation or lack of motivation from when i smoked. don't buy into the government propaganda bull****. it does NOT kill braincells (braincells are killed when you hold in your breath too long, marijuana in your lungs or not). listen dude, everything in moderation. when you start smoking everyday is when it becomes a problem. it is absolutely fine (and i believe actually beneficial) to smoke a couple times a week.

I used to smoke before I worked out and let me tell you. Wow, I was lifting like no other. Theres a lot of negative talk about marijuana. If you dont abuse it, its not that bad.

What ever you here do not believe it.the chronic is good motivation and let me tell you it works.look at you supplements you take them so long before you have to lay off a week or two(right).same thing here,but you also get munchies hey time to make a protien shake,eat some steak,and then watch t.v. and laugh your butt off.laughing a good calorie burner. you can call me the smoke dr.
