Hey guys, Ron here, I posted 14 weeks out pics 7 weeks ago so I figured I would give you guys an update on my progress......things are coming along well, I can't wait for this show to get here though.....wieghing in around 190 at about 4.5 percent on calipers. Still gotta get a little bit leaner from here on out, but so far I'm happy with my progress. Here is a link to about 8 pics if you all are interested in checking them out.....might need to copy and paste it.

Looking solid Ron. I don't see any weaknesses and you seem right on track. Just keep working on you posing. Good luck

Lookin good man! The only other tip I can give is to place your left foot further back behind you when doing your rear lat spread. You have it out to the side, which is good, but it also needs to come back a bit further behind you.
You look solidely developed and ready to go! Good luck with your comp!================================

Damn bro, the chest seperation in your side chest is unreal.
You look extremly well conditioned for 7 weeks out.
Hell you look better right now than most guys do come show time.
Id like to see some better seperation in your hams/quads in the side poses but you still got 7 weeks so I have no doubt that youll master it.

I'm currently working on getting that seperation to come out on the side poses, for some reason thats tricky for me....I appreciate the advice on that though....I've been doing about 2500 or so calories a day and carb cycling with two high carb days, two low carb days, and three more moderate days during the week. Pretty much consisting of the basics oatmeal, egg whites, chicken, sweet potatoes, brochellie, baby spinach leave (my savior), tuna, and some cottage cheese pre bed with natty PB. I must say though, all of this for the last ten weeks and knowing there is six more to go has been one hell of a ride....hope to god it turns on out for the better
