185x 6, which is around 215. A couple months back, I haven't trained in 10 months, so I'm undoubtly weaker.

Last year when I was 16, before I tore my labrum playing football, I got 325x1, 235x10 (bar weighed 55 lbs). I was about 5'8 180 ~10%bf.
When I first started lifting at age 14, I barely got 95x5 lol. Was about 130 lbs.
Hardcore training + eating - social life = incredible results. Now is it worth it? That is the question. lol.

never really got above 135 when i was 16. I wasnt and still not into "maxing" out on bench, Id rather have good results with lower weight and the right form, then ego lift which donst do anything for me.

when I was 16 I got up 275 for one rep, and like 235 when I was 15. I trained for football though so strength was more key and I was like 6'3'' 210-230 during those years
19, 6'2'' 195-200lbs ( 9% BF)
Squat: 455
Deadlift: 495
Bench: 365
Goals:
500+ squat
600+ Deadlift
400+ Bench
215lbs+ at sub 8% BF

Last time I maxed, I was at 210 at 15. However, that was for football. I quit back in March. Haven't maxed since. Working out harder than I EVER did in football.
Edit: Why did I answer this question? What does it matter? This is bodybuilding, it doesn't matter.Last edited by Brokensteel; 09-05-2006 at 06:19 PM.

I maxed out around 115 when I was 12-13. I didn't actually start working out til I was 15. Never maxed til last year when I put up 205. I've never really been concerned with max bench. It's more about form.
5'8" at an astounding 170lbs
