leaning out, not dropping scale weight...help

I am in my cutting stage...right now 11 weeks out. I have been on my diet for 5 weeks. I have only lost 4lbs! I can tell I am leaning out, but I am starting to get freaked a little bit because the weight is not dropping! Not sure if I should
be concerned. Help and informed feedback would be great.

Some background: Lifetime natural. This is my 2nd time dieting. I train 6 days a week, cardio 7 days a week/30-60 minutes a time. Eat 5-6 meals daily.

    thanks,
    Tina

You may be lucky and actually gaining muscle. Don't go so much by scale weight, go by bodyfat percentage and waist size.

This is a great situation to be in, not loosing weight but getting leaner. This usually means you are loosing fat but also gaining muscle mass.

    Keep it up!

I was in the same position last year, at about week 7 I lost like 5 pounds in 1 week. After that I only lost 10 in 7 weeks. I guess everyone is different.

I'm in the same boat right now, I'm about 9 weeks out, I lost 4 pounds in the first 2 weeks of dieting, and none really since, but am definitely getting leaner. Right now I'm working out 6 days a week and just started doing cardio this past week in the am 4 days a week at usually 40 minutes.

well 4 lbs in 5 weeks isnt that bad, 1lb a week is optimal in my opinion for retaining most of your lean muscle mass.

go by the mirror, and NOT by weight... if your diet is on, you can gain muscle and lose fat.

I forgot to add... many times... if you do not overdo cardio (3-4 HIIT sessions per week max)... you can actaully add muscle while cutting as long as calories are not too low and you take it slow.
