How should shoulder feel after Shoulder Press?

I'm not sure whether it's them or the Bench press, but after I've done them I can rly feel it in.. the line seperating the arm from the upper body? It doesn't hurt or anything, but it feels weaker and kinda shaking a lil'. Especially noticeable (it's not that bad though) when putting my left arm on my right shoulder.

Is this how it's supposed to feel?

Uh oh pretty sure that's the rotor cuff area... what is your form like on the exercises? I would start doing some rotor cuff exercises too. I wouldn't push it because that's a bad area to injure.

There can be many reasons that u feel weak

1- You went on heavy OHP
2- Your shoulder is not strong enough
    3- Lack of warm up
    and......

so the best way is to do rotator cuff exercise before beginning any form of exercise!
