Bruce lee Abs
I know that abs , like other parts of muscles can be easily over train. However below is programme of Bruce lee and he train his abs daily. My question is how do u maintain washboard abs with training abs daily like Bruce yet without overtraining?

Who's to say Bruce didn't over train? The guy was always tired and in a pissy mood, not to mention his intense nature cause hemmoraging in his brain and killed him before he was 40...so to answer your question, I have no idea how you would do an ab routine like that and avoid over-training. Bruce never weighed anymore than 150 so I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have a very good answer for you either.

I wonder if Bruce Lee would beat Ronnie coleman in a fight cause you'd figure he was too strong to be beaten by someone as small as Bruce but u never know. Wat do u think?

Fighting has nothing to do with muscle, it has to do with if you can fight. Being able to throw a punch has nothing to do with a bench press. Id rather fight a powerlifter then a champion lightweight boxer.
As for bruce lee, he didnt eat a lot so he was thin. He also trained so hard and so often, he overtrained.
I do abs everyday, its just how much you do.

Yes clearly overtraining.
Washboard abs are down mostly to diet, get your bodyfat to around 7% and do weighted crunches twice a week. Should sort you out.
Abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym.

Actually, Bruce Lee lost many of his fights and wasn't as good as everyone made him out to be. Not that he wasn't quite capable, but for the most part, he didn't do so well. It was his new ideas that were significant to the martial arts world.

Ronnie is a trained cop and cops can do much better in a fight than the majority of your black belts. street fight isn't sport fight at all.

Wrong, at my gym we train cops, and we have plenty of cops who come into practice. And we dominate them and teach them.

Maybe when he was younger, but what about his post jeet kune do days? Didn't he make a challenge were he'd beat anyone in a fight in under a minute, and supposedly he was never beat?

1) its a word ( http://www.google.be/search?hs=G8L&h...G=Zoeken&meta= )
2: does it matter
3) even if bruce lee wasn't the greatest BLACK BELT in multiple sports, and ron DID recieve cop training....Lee would still crush ron to little (but alot) pieces

Wow dude.. never talk about **** you dont know please man.
1st) Bruce lee died of a allergic reaction to pain killer medicine that caused his brain to swell, which led to his death.
2) Bruce believed that the abs we're one of the most valuable parts of the body. He believed muscle as a type of armor, and that the abdomen was a vital part.
3) Your relating his weight to his knowledge? I should relate your RL knowledge to this post. At his height/and involvement in martial arts, you'd expect him to be a 220lb BB'er at 4% BF? Look at all the martial arts bruce knows, and his beliefs, the guy would know 500x more than you about maintaining a fit body.

i'm not going to comment on bruce lee vs ronnie... but i would MUCH MUCH MUCH rather fight a champion lightweight boxer than a powerlifter. real fights go to the floor in a hurry, and strength counts a lot more on the ground. by the same logic, i'd much rather fight a boxer than a wrestler, and historical accounts of attempted MMA matches in the 1800's almost always went to the wrestler--likewise in modern MMA if you aren't well aquainted with the basics of grappling and submission holds, you wont win.
now to the question of overtraining. you'd be surprised what you CAN take, especially when your main focus is to train to widthstand higher volume. ie: endurance and strength/mass are trained very differently.

not doubt your logic, but in a real fight, wouldnt the smart fighter try to stay on his foot rather than going down to the ground and thug it out. And you are talking about the 1800's here, things have changed and progressed. Boxers are limited to their fists, naturally wrestlers that can utilize their entire body would have an advantage.
For the guys who think Ronnie has a chance, they are saddly mistaken. The fact that Ronnie has no speed or quickness is obvious. The only way Ronnie can land a hit on Bruce Lee is if Lee willingly stand still for an extended period of time. And there's one part of Ronnie's body his muscles can't protect: his head. And that is the one area that is mostly aimed at. And anyone thinking training as a cop will aid him against an experienced martial artist is HAHAHAHA, you get my point.
