    Question Creatine Serum

Does anyone have any views on creatine serum vs. regular creatine tabs or powder ?

I have been using creatine serum - Female Runners Advantage - for one bottles worth. Whilst I felt some good benefits at the beginning when I used it everyworkout i.e. everyday either at the gym or at the track, I am now not seeing the sort of benefits I felt initially. Has anyone else experienced this ?

Or could this be because I also use Thermapro and this counter-acts the creatine serum (I wasn't taking the Thermapro initially when I started using the serum).

As a final note - can anyone recommend creatine that is OK to take when you suffer with IBS ? I tried Maximusle tablets before but ended up with a poorly tum. I understand that you get good benefits from creatine but I don't want the added side effects ! I have found no adverse side effects to the serum but I'm not feeling any benefit from it either.

    Thanks in advance !

Stop taking creatine serum, it's the biggest rip-off in the history of supplements that I can think of. This is widely known. Take creatine powder. Creatine serum doesn't contain creatine as creatine can't stay stable in liquid form. Any benefit you felt was due to the placibo effect.
People who go around pretending to know everything are annoying those of us who really do.

I consider serum creatine or any liquid creatine a total waste of money. See:
