i know how the bench and all but i just wounderd in a powerlifting competition you got to rest the bar on u're chest or something ?? i wounderd howlong ?? or how high of u're chest ??
normally, most feds are okay with a clear stop... so just a split second and go. yet the ipf/usapl - like feds want more. becaus i compete in the ipf i take a 2 second pause...
