I take isopure, its not bad at all, i take the chocolate now, mix it with skin milk or water, sometimes in a blender with some nonfat yogurt. Im switching to the vanilla. zero fat, 25g of protein per scoop.

I would go with a WPI if you are seriously trying to lose fat. GF-Pro is a great choice, and it has some good flavors.

Cost is not a huge issue to me, so the isolates sound like what I want then. How much approx. do the isolates cost?

ON whey is like drinking water in my opinion...didn't gain any muscle or strength. Go with Complete Whey by Cytosport. Elite Whey by Dymatize isn't bad either.

Keep in mind, I consume about 4 servings on workout days, you can see how one of these containers would last me almost two weeks. I workout 4 days a week with weights. So in the long run it is somewhat expensive.

Yeah, I mean I was planning on using something just for after my workouts. I'm not looking to become a huuuuge bodybuilder, I just want to lose weight yet gain lean muscle so I have good physique.

100 % ON whey ..strawberry flavored...toss some in the blender along with on tbsp of peanut butter and half a cup of old fashioned oats!!! yummy!!!
